Central Pattana is hosting the “Thailand J Food Festival”, with more than 5,000 vegetarian dishes in 33 central shopping malls nationwide from tomorrow to October 14th.
Its theme, “J Integrated Lifestyle”, aims to combine traditional vegetarianism with the lifestyles of the new generation. The festival will feature a variety of meatless options, ranging from legendary menus to fusion dishes, plant-based foods, plant-based recipes and pastries, all made with the finest and healthiest local ingredients.
Exclusive to CentralWorld, this is the first opportunity to try international vegetarian dishes prepared by world famous restaurants such as Din Tai Fung and Hai Di Lao. Also expect to savor Italian-style dishes at Italian Osteria, Korean-style dishes at Over Seoul, Singaporean-style recipes from Chuan Kitchen, as well as vegetarian bubble tea drinks at TP Tea.
Foodies will also experience quirky vegetarian dishes at well-known and legendary street food restaurants including Talalask, See Fah, Zheng Dou, and Lee Café, while the ‘healthy zone’ at the Central Food Hall on the 7th floor will collect staple foods. of plants and practical food products.
Throughout the 10 days of the festival, each mall will also feature exclusive dishes specially created in collaboration with selected restaurants that will not be available elsewhere.

At CentralPlaza Bangna, 30 renowned restaurants from across the country will take turns presenting more than 500 sweet and savory vegetarian dishes, auspicious dishes made from seven staple ingredients highly recommended during the festival, as well as a choice of food. clean, keto diet and carbohydrate-free foods. Street food lovers are invited to CentralPlaza Rama III as more than 50 famous Bangkok street vendors will serve over 300 different dishes, including exclusive menus from seven legendary stores.

In addition to the special promotions which are different at each branch, the Central Food Park at all branches will offer a selection of plant-based vegetarian dishes with prices starting at 19 baht.
